CANCELLATION POLICY
Policies I truly value my clients’ time and want to give you the best experience possible. Before your appointment, please review the following policies carefully: • Deposits: A minimal deposit is required to secure your booking. This amount will be deducted from your service total at checkout. Deposits are required one time for new clients and are non-refundable in the case of no-shows or late cancellations. • Late Arrivals: If you arrive 15 minutes or more past your scheduled appointment, a $25 late fee will be applied if I’m still able to accommodate your service. If you arrive too late to be seen, the appointment will be considered a no-show. • No-Shows: In the event of a no-show, the deposit and 20% of the scheduled service will be charged. This ensures that reserved time is honored. • Late Cancellations: Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a 20% late cancellation fee and loss of deposit.
