Cancellation Policy
I really value my clients time and want to give you the best experience possible!
Before your appointment please read the following:
Deposits:
I require a minimal deposit to secure the booking. This will be deducted later from your service
fee. This is only required one time for new clients.
Cancellations or No Show:
If you find you are unable to keep your appointment and have to cancel or rebook your appointment, I respectfully request at least a 24 hours notice. Kindly note that cancellations or missed appointments without a 48 hour notice will result in a deposit forfeit and 20% fee of part of the service amount. I am very understanding and know that things come up so please don’t hesitate to text me at 330-926-8125.
