If less than 50% of your extensions remain, it will be considered a full set, and you will be charged accordingly. This is to allow adequate time and care to properly restore your lash set. To avoid being charged for a full set: • Book your fill within the recommended time frame (typically every 1-2 weeks). • Arrive with clean lashes, free of makeup and oils. • Reschedule in advance if you’ve experienced excessive shedding or haven’t been able to maintain your lashes.
